Oh god....bugger the diet, this stuff is wickedly good

Purin daifuku (custard pudding mochi cake)

Outside, soft mochi (pounded rice)

inside custard and kuromitsu (black treacle)

Happiness.

They sell out before lunch in the canteen.......
